Cancellation Policy

At Travelers Env, we strive to provide excellent service while accommodating changes to travel plans. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible, ensuring that we can continue to deliver high-quality services while maintaining operational efficiency.

1 Taxi Service Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the pickup date – 85% refund (15% cancellation fee).
• Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the pickup date – 70% refund (30% cancellation fee).
• Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before the pickup date – 65% refund. (35% cancellation fee).
• Cancellations made within 2 days of the pickup date or no-shows – No refund.

2 Taxi Rescheduling & Changes
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 days before pickup, subject to availability.

3 Tour Service Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the tour date – 85% refund (15% cancellation fee).
• Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the tour date – 70% refund (30% cancellation fee).
• Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before the tour date – 60% refund. (40% cancellation fee).
• Cancellations made within 2 days of the tour date or no-shows – No refund.

4 Tour Rescheduling & Changes
• Rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days before departure, subject to availability.

5 Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
• If Travelers Env cancels a taxi ride or tour due to extreme weather, road
conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or
the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
