1. General:
1.1 These terms govern all bookings, transportation and tours provided by Travelers Env.
1.2 By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
1.3 We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Booking & Payment:
2.1 Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person, subject to availability.
2.2 A full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
2.3 Prices are subject to change based on availability, fuel costs, and other operational factors.
2.4 Cancellations must be made at least seven (7) days or more before the service for a full refund or partial refund. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

3. Passenger Responsibilities:
3.1 Customers must provide accurate details for their booking, including pickup location and time.
3.2 Smoking, alcohol consumption and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in our vehicles. Violation of this policy may result in service termination without a refund and a potential penalty.
3.3 Passengers must respect the driver and fellow travelers. Disruptive behavior may result in service termination without a refund.
3.4 Travelers are responsible for their personal belonging. Travelers Env is not liable for lost or stolen items.

4. Service & Liability:
4.1 While we strive to provide timely service, delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
4.2 We are not liable for missed flights, tours, or other events due to delays. It is the passenger’s responsibility to plan accordingly.
4.3 In case of vehicle breakdown, we will arrange alternative transport or provide a refund.
4.4 Travel insurance is recommended for tours. Travelers Env is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during tours.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy:
5.1 Refund eligibility depends on the timing and reason for the cancellation.
5.2 No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
5.3 If Travelers Env cancels the service, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

6. Privacy & Data Protection
6.1 We collect personal information solely for booking and service purposes.
6.2 Your data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
6.3 Payment information is securely processed and not stored by Travelers Env.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia. Any disputes will be
resolved in accordance with the law.
